The fees at the Verandas are approximately $1080 per quarter. This includes your Irrigation Water, Lawn/Land Maintenance, Manager, Master Association Fees, Insurance, Recreational Facilities, Reserve, Trash Removal, Water, Sewer, and Street Lights.

Is there a CDD at Verandas at Tiger Island?


Yes. The outstanding CDD balance is approximately $447.88 as of 4/6/2010. Please verify this amount independently.

What amenities are available to Verandas at Tiger Island owners?


Tiger Island Estates residents have exclusive use of their own clubhouse, which features a social room, , pool, and two tennis courts. In addition, residents at Verandas at Tiger Island are able to join the Players Club and Spa - a facility that boasts 7 har-thru lighted tennis courts, indoor/outdoor dining, resort style swimming pool, fulll-service spa and salon, movie theater, sandy beach area, and billiards room. If you choose to join, you will pay a $6,000 one-time refundable fee to join and about $2050 per year to maintain this membership. Verandas at Tiger Island residents also have access to a variety of membership options on the 54 holes of championship golf.

What is the rental policy?


You may rent your Verandas at Tiger Island unit up to 12 times per year for a minimum of 30 days.

Can I have a pet at Tiger Island Estates?


You may have a pet with Association approval.
